UK

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 as UK standard shipping.

Order from Europe & ROW are sent Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed For.

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch on all gloves with Glove I.D. added.

Unfortunately due to issues outside of our control there may be delays in dispatching your order, however you will be kept up to date via email, so please check your email inbox and junk box for your dispatch email which will include your tracking number.

Please note: PRO-GK are not liable and cannot be held responsible for import fees/ customs duty fees on orders placed from outside the U.K, this is solely the responsibility of the customer.

If gloves are returned to us via Royal Mail as you have not collected your order after missed delivery attempts, submitted an incorrect delivery address, or refuse to pay import charges, then the fee we get charged for the item(s) to be returned back to us, will be deducted from your refund

Rest of World

For orders in Europe and the rest of the world, we offer a Tracked/Signed-For service via the Royal Mail.

USA

Orders in the USA, are the responsibility of the US Licence holders, LEVEL5 ATHLETICS, from Baltimore – Maryland via USPS & UPS.  Their dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
